Ei2800 – GC Monitoring System

The Ei2800 GC Monitoring System from element instruments is a rugged, wall-mountable gas chromatograph designed for continuous, real-time analysis of biogas, RNG, and natural gas. With multi-stream sampling and ultra-fast TCD detection, it delivers lab-grade gas composition data—and meets EPA RFS requirements—for process control, pipeline injection, or emissions monitoring.

• 4 or 8 gases per stream via up to 4 gc-columns
• Compact 30 × 30 × 12″ NEMA enclosure with built-in fan, heater, and options for hazardous areas
• Ultra-sensitive (500 ppb detection limit) with minimal carrier gas use (5 mL/min)
• Outputs: CH₄, CO₂, CO, O₂, H₂, N₂, He, H₂S, heating value, relative density, sulfur compounds, moisture, BTEX, and others
• EPA RFS‑compliant GC analysis, ≤15 min turnaround per stream
